Fibre Systems “MDIS” Warranty Program

Fibre Systems recognises that reliability is essential to your business. Modern industries demand datacom components that deliver unmatched performance and long-term integrity. Our commitment is to supply cabling and connectivity solutions that not only meet but exceed industry standards. When you choose Fibre Systems products, you’re investing in components fully warranted by Fibre Systems and supported by OCC, in accordance with the relevant warranty terms.

These Conditions of Sale do not restrict or remove any guarantees, warranties, representations, or conditions required by law, including those in the Australian Consumer Law ("ACL") (or any related liabilities) that cannot be limited or excluded. If you qualify as a "consumer" under the ACL, this notice is applicable to you:

Our goods include non-excludable warranties under Australian Consumer Law. If a major failure occurs, you may seek a replacement, refund, or compensation for foreseeable loss or damage. For other issues, you are entitled to repair or replacement if the goods aren't of acceptable quality.

Your product may include a manufacturer's warranty, which can overlap with rights you have under law, such as Consumer Guarantees. If you are not a "consumer" under the ACL, the manufacturer's warranty may be your only remedy. To claim the warranty, contact our Customer Service Team or see clause 7 for return instructions.

We are not responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential loss (such as lost profits, data loss, or damage to goodwill) related to our products or services, except where reasonably foreseeable due to our breach of a Consumer Guarantee. Our total liability will never exceed the amount you paid for the products and services under these Conditions of Sale.

Where applicable law prohibits us from excluding certain terms, guarantees, warranties, representations, or conditions but permits limitation, we shall, to the fullest extent permitted by law, limit our liability for any breach, at our discretion, to repairing or replacing the products, or paying the cost of such repair or replacement, or, in the case of services, to re-supplying the services or covering the cost of having the services re-supplied.

Subject to applicable law, any typographical, clerical, or other errors or omissions present in our sales literature, quotations, price lists, acceptances, offers, invoices, or other documents or information provided by us may be corrected without incurring any liability on our part.

All costs associated with replacing and repairing defective products including removal, disassembly and reinstallation are the responsibility of the buyer, and in no circumstance will Fibre Systems Pty Ltd be responsible for such costs.
