OCC is pleased to introduce the Modular Advanced Reel System (MARS), the industry's first lightweight cable deployment reel system designed specifically for the demanding needs of harsh-environment fibre optic installations. Unlike traditional metal-style reels, MARS is a lightweight, modular system constructed of an impact modified polymer that is easily transported and is ideal for applications where cable needs to be deployed and reeled in quickly and stored efficiently.

Advanced Lightweight Reel Stands (ALRS) provide a rugged, portable solution for cable deployment/retrieval. Features a tool-free setup with all pieces contained within the unit.

The collapsible tripod design enables rapid folding for convenient transport, utilising pin latches attached to the base that secure it firmly in place. The axle is easily interchangeable and comes in sizes of 100, 300, and 500 metres.

The MARS® cradle is designed to allow reels to spin freely, enabling smooth deployment and retrieval of cables without the need for an additional frame. This feature facilitates efficient operation in the field, making cable management easier and more reliable.  

The MARS® T Frame Disassembles into five parts for convenient shipping and storage, and has a built-in brake that adjusts the reel drag to prevent overspin.

It offers features like integrated cleaning kits, a flip-out handle, a 10mtr divider, connector cradle, stackable design, and lower weight than most reels.
